How to cook
Boil the milk with the chocolate and sugar. Beat the yolk well and add it to the milk in a trickle. Put the mixture on low heat on the stove and stir constantly until thickened.
Dissolve the gelatin in cold water in a ratio of 1:3 and add this to the chocolate mixture. Stir the cream and pour it into bowls. Serve it after it cools and gels.
