How to cook
Boil the rice, drain and leave it to cool completely. Mix the eggs, salt and sesame oil.
In a skillet, heat the peanut oil and when it starts to smoke slightly, add the rice. Fry for about 3 minutes.
Make a well in the center, pour the eggs in it. When they harden, mix in the rice, which you've fried a little, then add a little salt and pepper and chopped onion.
Let cook for 1 - 2 minutes and serve immediately.
