How to cook
Wash, peel, clean and dice the pumpkin warm milk, add sugar to it and stir until melted.
Add vanilla and mix well and in a buttered baking dish arrange half the diced pumpkin, add the rice and arrange it on the other cubes.
Pour the milk and top with pieces and butter. Put the cake to be baked in a moderate oven until browned, then cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon to taste and grated almonds.
