Cut all the little things, heart, lung and liver, spleen, kidneys, chitterlings and tripe into small pieces.

Add chopped onions, chopped carrots and peppers, grated tomatoes. The garlic is set in whole.

Add all the spices and mix well. All this is poured into clay pot and beer is added.

Seal the pot with dough and steam over low heat about 2 hours, after being boiled- dish.
