Ingredients

  • chicken - 7 oz (200 g)
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • rice - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • corn - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • broccoli - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • carrots - 2 oz (50 g)
  • parsley
  • parmesan cheese - 2 oz (60 g) grated

Preparation

Fry the meat and mushrooms. Saute the broccoli, corn and carrots. Add the washed and drained rice. Mix and start pouring in hot water in portions.

When the rice soaks it up - pour in a new portion. Boil the rice until soft, add about 3-4 cups water.

Cook the prepared risotto under a lid for 10-15 minutes and serve immediately with grated parmesan cheese and parsley.find similar recipes here
