Ingredients

  • eggs - 4.
  • bacon - 4 slices
  • potatoes - 26.5 oz (750 g) fresh
  • cucumbers - 1 small
  • pickles - 2.
  • parsley - 2 s l
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 cup (160 ml.)
  • sour cream - 1/3 cup
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp

Preparation

Boil the eggs and cut the, in half. Chop the bacon and fry it in a pan and leave it to strain. Cook potatoes and cut them in half.

Chop cucumbers, parsley - finely, add cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice and mix.

Then heat over low heat. Put the eggs, bacon, potatoes in a bowl.

Top with warm sauce and stir gently.
