Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin round slices. Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into round slices as well.
Mix the mince with a little salt, black pepper, savory and 1/2 of the grated onions and form small, flattened meatballs.
In an oiled tray, arrange in this order: zucchini, meatball, tomato, potato and so on, until out of products.
Finally, put a few mushrooms and chopped onions. On top, sprinkle a little savory, thyme, salt, black pepper and pour on 2/3 cup (150 ml) beer and 2 tbsp (30 ml) oil.
Cover the tray with foil and bake at 392°F (200 °C) about 40 min., then poke holes in the foil so that a little of the water evaporates.
Bake for another 10 min., then remove the foil entirely so that the dish gains a nice crisp.
