How to cook
You can prepare these chicken steaks in the oven. Wash them and if needed, tenderize them a bit, remove the skins (my family likes to have them with the skins on).
Put them in an oiled tray with just a little bit of water and bake in a hot oven, flipping them over to bake evenly. Serve with a salad of fresh red tomatoes, sprinkled with oregano, salt and olive oil.
