Cut the pork liver into pieces. Wash well and soak in milk for 30-40 min.
Drain from the milk. Salt the pieces and roll in flour. Fry them well in heated oil until ready.
Clean and chop the onions. At the bottom of a deep pot, arrange a layer of onions, layer of fried liver.
Keep alternating until out of ingredients. Take the dish off the stove and cover with a lid to saute for 15-20 min.
