Wholegrain Bread in a Breadmaker
- whole grain flour - 1 cup (220 g)
- corn flour - 1 1/3 cups (330)
- water - 1 2/5 cups (340 ml)
- yeast - 1/2 tsp dry
- salt - 1 tsp
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Smear the bread basket using an oiled brush. Pour in the water and add the 2 types of flour.
Add the salt and dry yeast. Close the lid of the breadmaker and choose the wholegrain bread option.
If available, choose the crispy crust option as well.
Finally, take your baked bread out and wrap it with a towel.
