Ingredients

  • spinach - 17.6 oz (500 g) fresh
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • ginger - 2 slices
  • soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  • stock - 1 cube vegetable
  • olive oil - can use oil
  • walnuts
  • ham - or bacon

Preparation

Heat the oil well. Fry the onions, ginger, ham or bacon for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add the spinach and the soya sauce, garlic, stock and walnuts while stirring - finally, stir for about 2 minutes. It works as a main course but personally, I prefer it as a side dish or appetizer.
