Clean the plums from their pits and soak them in wine overnight before cooking. The next day, boil the plums in wine for 30 minutes.
Separately fry the steaks, sprinkled with salt and pepper on both sides, in oil. Take them out and pour in the remaining wine, in which you had soaked the plums.
Put cream on and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the sauce over the chops and serve surrounded by plums.
