  • dough - 1 package for pizza
  • salmon
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g)
  • milk - 2 cups (500 ml).
  • eggs - 2
  • cream - 2/5 cup (100 ml)


Spread out the ready-made pizza dough thinly onto a tray. Cover with aluminum foil to prevent it from rising and bake it. Separately, in preheated oil, fry salmon fillets- you just need enough to cover the dough, season them with salt and pepper and arrange on the dough.

In a separate pot, stew the spinach and then spread it over the fish. Beat the eggs with milk and cream and pour the mixture oven the entire dish.

Bake in a preheated 302°F (150°C) oven for about 20 minutes. The salmon can be substituted with another fatty fish.
