First prepare the batter by beating the eggs well with the sugar, then add the flour, baking powder and vanilla.
The mixture needs to be slightly thicker than a pancake batter. In a rectangular tray, melt the butter and while still warm, arrange the biscuits.
Top with the sliced apples. Have the apples cover the biscuits well.
Pour the prepared in advance mixture and bake at 356°F (180 °C) for about 20 minutes.
