How to cook
Clean and cut the vegetables (without the cabbage, potatoes and tomatoes), they are steamed with two tablespoons of vegetable oil and salt.
The cabbage is cut rough and covered with 1 cup of salted water. Boil until soft. Add steamed vegetables, diced potatoes and about ten minutes later, the chopped tomatoes.
The borsch is seasoned with salt and lime to taste, make up about 4 cups of hot water and boil until the potatoes are soft.
Add the remaining oil and serve, in the middle of each plate is placed a tablespoon of cream.
The top is sprinkled with black pepper and parsley.
