How to cook
Chop the pork, bacon and leeks finely. Add the finely ground spices. Salt the mixture and knead well.
Stuff the cleaned and washed intestines with it, tie them off every 8″ (20 cm) or so with a thick thread. Bake the prepared sausages in a container smeared with bacon.
Serve the homemade sausages warm, with a garnish of fries.
