How to cook
Mash the biscuits in a blender and add 2/5 cup (100 g) melted butter to them, stir, press the resulting dough along the bottom of a cake form.
Put away in the fridge to harden.
Separately, beat the confectionery cream and add it to the cream mixture, stir until everything becomes homogenized.
Distribute the cream on top of the cake layer, put away in the fridge to cool, then cover with the jam.
