Ingredients

  • biscuits - 9 oz (250 g), of your choice
  • cottage cheese - 2 cups (500 g)
  • confectionery cream - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • butter - 4/5 cup (180 g)
  • powdered sugar - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • vanilla - 2
  • jam - blueberry

How to cook

Mash the biscuits in a blender and add 2/5 cup (100 g) melted butter to them, stir, press the resulting dough along the bottom of a cake form.

Put away in the fridge to harden.

Beat the powdered sugar with the remaining softened butter, and the vanillas and cottage cheese, stir again.

Separately, beat the confectionery cream and add it to the cream mixture, stir until everything becomes homogenized.

Distribute the cream on top of the cake layer, put away in the fridge to cool, then cover with the jam.
