Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Beat the eggs. Add the yoghurt, water, salt, sugar and gradually pour in flour until you obtain a thick batter.
Cook the crepes on a saj or pan, then smear them with butter. Serve with honey, feta cheese or jam.
