How to cook
Let the lard soften but don't let it melt. Mix it with the wine, powdered sugar, vanilla, lemon peel and start adding flour.
Knead and add flour until you get a firm dough. Using an icing piping syringe or a plastic bag and nozzle, spray out butter biscuits in an oven dish.
Roast them at 338°F (170 °C), in a preheated oven, until slightly pink.
While still warm, sprinkle them with powdered sugar, if desired.
