Ingredients

Preparation

Clean the apples and cut them into small cubes.

Wash them with the freshly squeezed lemon juice and add celery, cut into the same size.

Add raisins, grapes and chopped walnuts. Mix everything with mayonnaise.

Before serving the salad, put it in slightly wet cups or trays and turn the plate over on a bed of lettuce.
