Sift the flour. Heat the milk slightly, dilute the yeast in it. Add the sugar, salt, oil. Gradually add the flour as well.
Stir the ingredients with a spoon. Finish kneading onto a floured counter. Let the dough rise for 30 min., covered in a warm area. Divide the dough into 2 parts.
Stretch it with oiled hands. Place the flatbread onto an oiled tray, sprinkled lightly with flour.
Sprinkle with grated cheese. Put small pieces of butter on top in several spots. Sprinkle savory.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven until ready.
