Tenderize the pork steaks lightly through foil using a wooden mallet. Arrange them in a tray and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Smear the pork steaks on both sides with the marinade and leave in the fridge for 2-3 hours. Take them out and leave to sit, in the meantime heat the oiled grill pan.
Bake the pork steaks on both sides in it until ready. Serve with a suitable garnish and glass of wine!
