Breaded White Fish

- white fish - 1, large
- white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml) (can be substituted with beer)
- eggs - 2
- flour - 2 tablespoons
- black pepper
Clean the fish from the bones and skin, then cut it into pieces.
Next, add the beaten egg whites. Roll each piece of fish in the breading and fry in heated oil until reddened. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
