  • white fish - 1, large
  • white wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml) (can be substituted with beer)
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • black pepper
  • nutmeg
  • salt


Clean the fish from the bones and skin, then cut it into pieces.

Sprinkle with salt, black pepper and nutmeg. Prepare a thick mixture from the flour, egg yolks and wine/beer.

Next, add the beaten egg whites. Roll each piece of fish in the breading and fry in heated oil until reddened. Serve with a garnish of your choice.
