How to cook
Pour the yogurt into a deep bowl and add 1/4, 1/3 of the powdered juice to it (to your taste).
In a water bath, dissolve the mixture in 2/5 cup (100 g) of water. Add the gelatin to the prepared mixture.
Pour it into small cups and put them in the fridge for 1-2 hours until hardened. When cool, invert the cups, serve in dessert bowls.
Optionally- garnish with jam, nuts and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
