If you do not have walnut oil, you can make it by blending the oil with 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g) of finely ground walnuts. From the products listed, you have to prepare two separate cake layers.
First, heat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Mix together 2/5 cup (100 g) flour, 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g) cocoa, 1/2 of the baking powder and 1/2 cup (140 g) of sugar in a bowl. Beat 2 eggs separately. In the bowl, pour in 2/5 cup (100 ml) milk and 1/5 cup (70 ml) oil, stir well, then add the beaten eggs.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured baking dish (about 10″ (25 cm) in diameter). Bake for 20 minutes and check if the cake layer is ready with a toothpick. Prepare the second cake layer the same way.
Put the baked layers to cool slightly on a cooking grid.
To prepare the cream mixture, beat the liquid cream into fluffy snow. Melt the butter and crumbled chocolate together in a container on the stove until homogenized, but do not let it boil. Allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly and mix it with the beaten cream.
Use the cream to stick the 2 cake layers together and top evenly with the remaining cream. Make decorations as desired. If you want a really big cake, you can make it with 3 layers, while also increasing the quantities of the ingredients for the cream a little.
