Ingredients

  • green beans - 1 2/3 cups (400 g) canned
  • eggs - 1
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • parsley - 2 - 3 sprigs
  • salt

Preparation

Drain the beans. Boil the egg, peel and cut it into small cubes. Add it to the beans.

Pour the fried butter over the mixture and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Serve as a warm appetizer garnished with baked croutons, either fried or baked in butter.
