Debone the chicken legs, form the meat into steaks. You can remove the skin if necessary. Salt them and put in a bowl with a lid.
To prepare the marinade, chop the garlic and onions finely, then add the remaining products for it.
Put marinade in suitable container on the stove to come to a boil.
Pour the already cooled mixture over the meat. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours, then your meat will be ready to cook on the grill.
