Mix all of these ingredients and stir well until the mixture becomes homogeneous and balanced.
Chop the spices if fresh, or mash them in a wooden mortar with a pestle if already dried. Add them to the mixture for the marinade and stir again.
Clean the chicken breasts and wash them. Cut them into fine slices like steaks - about 1/4″ (0.5 cm) thick.
Pour the marinade over the chicken steaks, best if you use a deep container. Then cover with foil and leave in the fridge for 6-7 hours.
Cook the marinated chicken meat in a pan, grill or barbecue until golden.
After cooking, sprinkle with chopped rosemary or other favorite spice of yours that you feel is appropriate.
