How to cook
Boil the macaroni, then drain and pour it into a greased baking dish. In a pot, heat the butter and saute the spinach for 2 minutes. Stir, sprinkle with flour and once braised, add the milk.
3 minutes later, add and mix with the cream. Once boiling, add the spices and a little sugar.
Pour the resulting spinach sauce over the pasta, sprinkle with parmesan and cheese thoroughly and put to bake up a delicious tan in a preheated oven.
