Ingredients

  • broccoli - 1 head, medium
  • cauliflowers - 1 medium head
  • carrots - 1 large
  • cream - 1 large cup sour
  • salt
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • spice mix - 1 - 2 tsp,
  • croutons - to put into the soup

How to cook

Put the torn into florets broccoli and cauliflower with the sliced carrots in a pot with cold water to boil until softened.

The water must cover the vegetables. Once softened, remove the pot from the heat and blend everything well.

Pour the pre-mixed cream into the soup, add salt, pepper and the spice mix. Stir well and return to the heat until the creamy soup comes to a boil again. Serve a bowl of soup with croutons.
