How to cook
Strain the chicken hearts from the water in which you boiled them in. Chop the onion into crescents and place it in the hot oil to stew.
Add the minced garlic and grated carrot, then cut them with the mushrooms. Once all the vegetables soften, add chopped roasted peppers. Add a glass of tomato juice and hot broth from the boiling hearts.
Leave on. Once it boils, add the chicken hearts and spices and mix well. Allow the stove until the liquid has evaporated and almost only fat is left.
