My recipe for Turkish Delight cookies is a really easy and quick one, plus they always end up very tasty.
You can leave the Turkish Delight in whole pieces or cut them in 2. Take the puff pastry (it needs to relax) and spread it out.
Then cut it into strips, place a piece of your favorite Turkish Delight at one end of each, then roll them up.
Roll the prepared Turkish Delight cookies in the sugar. Arrange them in a tray with baking paper and bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
