Ingredients

  • pork - 2.21 lb (1 kg) topside pork + 9 oz (250 g) smoked breast
  • onions - 6 heads
  • red peppers - 1 dry
  • wine - 1 cup red
  • mushrooms - 18 oz (500 g)
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • black pepper
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g) grated, optional

How to cook

Cut the meat into small pieces and put it in to fry in butter until browned. Then add chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms and smoked breasts.

Once slightly softenеd, add spices to taste, stir and pour it into a clay pot. Аdd wine, put the lid on and seal the sides with batter. The mix is baked for 2 hours on low heat.

Then remove the cover, optionally sprinkle with grated cheese and grill for about 5 minutes.
