How to cook
Boil the rice. Once cooked, add half the butter, stir and leave it to cool.
Beat the eggs, add them with the crumbled feta cheese to the remaining rice. Stir everything and add salt to taste.
Prepare a suitable pan, smear it with butter, roll out 2 of the phyllo pastry sheets (they need to spill out of the pan), add some of the prepared mixture and wrap well with the sheets.
Fry cook on low heat. Once they're well cooked, flip to the other side.
