Wash the chicken legs and dip them in the marinade. Crumble the cornflakes slightly using a chopped and pour into a plate. In another plate, pour the flour. Beat the eggs, add the baking soda to them.
Dry the legs slightly from the marinade and dip them in the eggs, then the flour, then eggs again and finally in the cornflakes.
Next, fry the pieces of meat in heated olive oil on all sides.
Take the chicken legs out onto paper towels to drain from the oil.
