Prepare the marinade 3 hours ahead of time, in order to soak the pork breasts.
The other important thing is not to tenderize the steaks. Do not add salt to the marinade.
Soak the well washed pork breasts in the marinade and leave them to sit in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
Then transfer them to an oiled tray. Bake at 392°F (200 °C) for 30-40 min.
