How to cook
Beat the eggs with a pinch of sugar and salt. Pour a pinch of baking soda in a little yoghurt, let it effervesce.
Sift the flour in a separate bowl because it works out better that way, pour a packet of baking powder and stir.
Gradually add the flour to the other ingredients, stir everything well with a spoon.
Heat the oil. Scoop from the mixture with a large spoon and fry on both sides.
What you get is soft, fluffy, non-oily tiganici. They're great with baking powder. Eat with compote, ayran. enjoy!
