How to cook
In a flat container (preferable, so that you can dip the slices), break the eggs, add the sugar to taste (more if you'd like it sweeter), add 4 tbsp yoghurt.
Stir the mixture well, dip the bread slices on both sides. In a pan with a little oil, braise them until slightly reddened.
When I cook these, I add oil to almost every bread slice because they do absorb a lot and you need extra for the following slices, otherwise they'll start to heat up. Bon appetit!
I prepare them for breakfast or afternoon snack.
