Dough: In a large tray, make a well from the flour. In a bowl, pour the warm water and dissolve the yeast. Once fully dissolved, break the egg in and stir.
To the mixture add the yoghurt, while stirring again. After you obtain a homogeneous mixture, pour in the salt, sugar and oil. Pour this mixture into the well that you made in the flour and start kneading a dough.
The dough doesn't need to rise. You can roll it out immediately after you make it.
Divide it into balls and start rolling it out with a rolling pin - the shape of the flatbread themselves is up to you. I used a rectangular form.
Stuffing: The stuffing consists of feta cheese and cheese. Crumble the feta in a bowl. To it, grate the cheese on a grater or cut it into very small pieces.
Before placing the stuffing, smear it a little with the melted butter. On top of the already oiled dough, pour in stuffing carefully and fold them to close them. Place in an already heated pan.
