How to cook
In the container where you'll be boiling the cream, put the milk, starch and sugar, stir very well until the starch dissolves to a smooth mixture.
Put the cream on low heat and boil until it thickens, while stirring nonstop. Toward the end of cooking, add the vanilla. Wrap the container with plastic wrap and leave the cream to cool completely.
Beat the liquid cream to a fluffy mixture, to it add parts of the cold cream while stirring nonstop with a mixer.
Make your favorite cake and use this creamy mixture on it!
