How to cook
The lemon juice, olive oil and oregano are mixed and heated in a pan sautéing until lightly boiled. Boil a few minutes and remove from the heat.
Add the chops and turn so that all sides are covered with the marinade. Marinate 2 to 3 hours, turning the chops occasionally.
The chops are removed and flavored on both sides with salt and pepper.
Use a well-heated grill, preferably wood. Chops are turned from time to time pour marinade on them.
