"A classic spring recipe that`s prepared when the lamb meat is tastiest and the parsley - fresh from the garden."

Ingredients

  • lamb - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 2 sprigs green
  • parsley - 8 peak
  • tomatoes - 1 cup
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • broth - 1 cup lamb
  • flour - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp ground

How to cook

The lamb is cut into portions, salted and boiled. The chopped onion and parsley are stewed in oil.

Insert the red pepper and stew for 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes, then add the meat, broth and flour.

Simmer for another 15 minutes and sprinkle with black pepper before removing from the heat.
