Ingredients

  • lamb cutlets - 17.6 oz (500 g)
  • eggs - 2.
  • oil - 1 2/3 tbsp (25 g)
  • flour - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • butter - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • pepper - 2/5 tsp (2 g)
  • lemons - 1

How to cook

Sprinkle the cutlets with salt and pepper. Then fry them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs.

Just before frying is done, semi-immerse again in the beaten eggs.

Fry in oil until golden in color. Pour into warmed platter and pour over with preheated grease.
