Ingredients

  • lamb cutlets - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g) white
  • breadcrumbs - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)

How to cook

Rub the cutlets with salt and sprinkle with pepper, then leave to stand for 1-2 hours.

Grate cheese and mix it with beaten eggs. Roll the seasoned cutlets in flour and alternate with the mixture of eggs and grated cheese and bread crumbs.

Preheat oil in a pan and add butter, then fry the lamb.

The cheesy chops are served with a salad of your choice.
