How to cook
Beat the chops with a hammer, pre-moistened with water. Fry meat in heated vegetable oil, salt, sprinkle with pepper and pour the wine over.
Stew to semi-finished condition, remove and drain. Roll the chops in flour and fry in heated oil.
Use 1 tablespoon of flour, then add the sauce, which you will stew the chops in, while stirring, add salt, pour in lemon juice and lower the fire after slightly thickened.
The chops are served warm, splashed with sauce and garnished with steamed vegetables.
