"A Lamb Soup that warms the soul!"

Ingredients

  • lamb - 14 oz (400 g)
  • potatoes - 2
  • tomatoes - 2
  • green onions - 3 bunches
  • parsley - 2 roots + 1/2 a bunch
  • black pepper - 10 grains

How to cook

Cut the meat and put it in 8 cups (2 liters) of cold water. Boil until soft.

Add salt, black pepper, grated parsley root and potatoes, along with the finely chopped onions.

Finally, add the chopped tomatoes. Boil the soup until done and serve sprinkled with finely chopped parsley.
