Ingredients

  • lamb - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • butter - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • onions - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • tomatoes - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • flour - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • eggs - 1.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup (120 g)

Preparation

Cut the meat into pieces. Fry the white part of the onion, chopped. Stew and pour water or broth. Salt and bake in the oven.

Add the green part of the onion and pepper. When the meat is tender, pour on the mixture of milk, egg and flour.

Bake in separate small clay pots, which are served covered with boiling butter, which has a pinch of paprika.
