How to cook
Fry the meat and take it out of the oil. Fry the finely chopped onions in it, add the flour, tomato paste and paprika. Boil the dish until the meat is tender.
Add the okra, whose stems you've removed beforehand and rubbed in salt and acidified water to remove its fuzzy fibers. If the okra is from a can, add it 15 minutes before taking the dish off the heat.
Serve sprinkled with dill and a side of yogurt. These products are enough for one portion.
