Beat the meat and add some salt and allspice. Cut the onion in large pieces. Add the meat and put a tablespoon of butter. Fry it in a pan with three liters of water and boil for an hour on low heat.
Meanwhile, put the rice in warm water. Fry the mince and then flavor with cinnamon, salt and allspice. From the resulting broth, take four cups of liquid and pour the minced meat in. Boiled rice is added it to the mince.
